Where an account is closed following a breach of these Terms, vbet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Any confirmed fraudulent winnings will be forfeited in full. Legitimate real-money balances unconnected with any breach will be returned to the Player following satisfactory investigation, less any amounts owed to vbet.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the customer support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vbet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's use of the Platform, or any service provided thereunder, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
